Pathetic ..service

Pooooor pathetic service from Dstv ....we've made payment on the 15th and iv been sending though roof of payment numerous times ,its so unfair to pay for service but it does not deliver ...they always promise to fix it cant watch tv !!!!!!!!!!!!
