Pathetic service

I have exhausted all avenues I have paid your subs fee last month already yet my services have not yet been reconnected iam now getting agitated this is very frustrating how many times should I pay for services iam not able to view honestly, your service has gone to the dogs to say the list and seemingly no one cares you guys are taking advantage because you do not have a competition
