Pathetic Service

They cut our services without any reason at all and every time you call in the consultant are very rude and not even apologizing for any error. we use our airtime to call them and they put you on hold for too long and when they find the error they just say to you . the DSTV is been reconnected and not explaining to us what happened and what was the issue. I really think that they need to think about their customer. the service is very poor. I think they need competitors .
