Pathetic service

Pathetic service,had the installers at my place on saturday paid R1250,the very next day it stopped working I called multichoice and the consultant informed me that I must call the installers back as it's less than 48 hours and they should fix it for free.The installers are now charging another fee and multichoice is telling me another story, I called at 11.59 today the consultant told me to hold for 1 minute,I held for 20 minutes and the call cut ,I want to know why was false information provided to me and I want them to pull a full audit trail on the calls made.they offer a very poor service and am going to cancel my subscription because we are just paying for repeats anyway and they are not customer focused.
