Pathetic service

A very appalling service from Multichoice, I called today on behalf on my mom to activate new account. I was answered by the agent name called Desree, very rude, pathetic and useless individual who wasted my time and money. She failed to assist for a very simple enquiry instead she dropped my call when I requested to speak to her supervisor
