Pathetic Service

I am honestly surprised at the pathetic service given by dstv. I claimed a reward of a 2 night stay at any protea hotel. When trying to redeem the voucher it kept telling me the code is invalid and the voucher is expired. I called and spoke to nokuzola zulu and sent her screenshots of the voucher i claimed and the errors I'm receiving. She called me back the same evening to say the issue has been sorted out and i can now use the voucher. No surprise the voucher was still not working. I called her back and she escalated it and called me back next day to say the voucher will have to be reissued and i will receive it in 48 hours. Nothing happened. Send numerous emails to nokuzola and reveived no response. Called afain on the 13th july and spoke to fikile who checked and said as nokuzola is busy with it she’s the only one that can assist. Fikile sent a email to nokuzola and i was cc’d in the mail asking her to get it sorted and call me. Still nothing has happened. Sent a email again on the 4th August to both of them and still no response. Really pathetic honestly.
