Pathetic Service

I can't believe how appalling your agents. Saturday @7:50 I called because my Dstv had no signal. No probing or what so ever. Didn't even get my name kept calling me mama, I do not know if her mother is in the 30's.She just said I need to call the installer because the problem is with bad weather or wind. So I called a friend that left your company 8 years ago, she told me which options on the remote to press the boom I was back on. How is it that people are employed yet shows zero interest in their jobs. No willingness to help. Treat you like you're disturbing them in their personal time. Something she should have done. Basics stuff. Your agents are pathetic to say the least. She could have cost me call out fee for something she could have help with. Get it we are paying for the service. You're not doing us a favor.
