Pathetic service

I called dstv on Saturday to change my package from premium to company plus since there is no need for me to pay for premium( they repeat the same things, the river telenovela has been suspended and there is no sport playing since the start of covid 19) spoke to their consultant and he said he will change it, to my surprise when I went to pay it wax still on premium. Had to call dstv again at my own cost to fix their mistake and all I was told is we apologize, I asked how do I recover the loss i received because I had to make two calls and they consultant only offered sorry again. I'm so fed up with thd arrogance shown by multi choice
