Pathetic service

I had the unfortunate exp of calling Mchoice on sunday for a disconnected decoder. I was appauled to hear that although MCHoice offers holiday viewing their accts dept has the inability to manage the prorating of pmts related to this and if you dnt make a MANUAL pmt then your decoder will be disconnected. 1stly no-one told me to make a manual pmt, secondly who makes manual pmts anymore when you hv a dr order? Refilwe and busisiwe were not only *********** but rude. They disconnected a decoder that was paid for and left the one that was supposedly nt paid for connected....their response was that the system did it - well garbage in, garbage out. In addition the call centre shared my account information with my tenant when he called in abt the disconnected decoder..so much for the POPI Act - has MCHoice heard of this and do you ustand the consequence of sharing my personal information? I have not met such incompetency from a large organisation before. I made the \manual\" pmt but the decoder is still not connected because apparently manual pmts take 48 hours to reflect - so I wonder if I will received a reduced bill for those 48 hours! Pathetic disgusting \"service\"<br> "
