Pathetic service

Service is pathetic. Debit orders: they just deduct whatever they want. Package changed to compact 5 months ago. All of a sudden they decide to deduct premier package amount. When you put a client on hold they keep you holding for a while not even getting back to you to say they are still busy they just keep you holding. I have contacted about 11 times with no satisfaction. I am absolutely disgusted in this service.
