Pathetic service

Terrible service i had last night speaking to Olwethu and Phumeza at DTSV call centre. Olwethu kept me on hold for over 26 minutes failing to just make my old decor as the primary one! She had no clue as so what she was doing, I even hung up the call and called again and spoke to Phumeza who was plain rude! Her listening s****s are horrible, she couldn't even get my ID number, she just put me on hold for no reason. DSTV need to train their staff because the service is pathetic!
