catch up option has not been working since the 7.8.19 i have called in over 6 times and still not resolved just told catch up not working theres a technical issue,not getting resolved no time frame again upgraded to compact plus and paid 480 on the 31.07.2019 but the balance changes daily on the 7th i owed 395.21 and same day i was owed -218.79 on the 8th i owed 180.21 the on the 9th i owe 275.21 please resolve this mess or cancel this pathetic thing as im not getting no value for money at all,i cant even say anything about your consultants so misinformed and knows nothing
