Pathetic Service
Good Day. Please could I get a manager or someone senior to call me back right away as the service I have received from your call centre is utterly pathetic. This is now my 2nd call in 2 days to DSTV. 1st Call: Uriley @ 17:18pm 2nd Call: isitandile @ 11:40am Awaiting your urgent response.
