Pathetic Service

I called multichoice on beggining of this month and was told that I owe R856 on the 06th of February 2023 I paid R860 I then called again on the 11/02/2023 at 12:30 and was told that I owe R285.90 I asked the agent what is was for she could not answer me and she promised that someone from the finance department will call me back within 48hours. I have been waiting since the 11th till today for someone to explain what the R285.90 is for and my showmax is not working as I am unable to watch any programs. Please can someone call me and assist me as I have called multichoice and the agents are unable to assist me.
