Pathetic Service

I requested a reconnection and asked what I need to pay. Was given the amount and told as soon as I pay I will be reconnected. I'm still waiting to be reconnected. Their system is down so I'm told they can't help. We phone using our units or airtime and the service we get is pathetic.

DSTV service is terrible!!!
