Pathetic service

Good day

I called in for a refund after paying twice for the month of May . Refund was made and unfortunately I supp**** my banking details . Without my knowledge I was put on a debit order and the date was before my payday . The debit order went and returned and I have called in to cancel the debit but in the process I incurred charges of R147.00 and I need my money as that was done without my knowledge
