pathetic service

I have been having an issue with Multichoice for over a month now. Every second day they suspend my service and i call the call center to get this resolved. i have spoken to Mpho Malise who said he is a team leader and that he i getting my issue resolved but still nothing

At this stage i am thinking of cancelling my account all together
