Pathetic service

Its been an uphill battle from the day of application for a price lock service. Im still waiting on my tracking ID to track my delivery...the consultant I spoke to by the name of Crystal said she'll send it after the phone call but nothing. Call the call center today and it has already been approved... Your service is really ****ed up
