Pathetic service

I turned on my tv just to read the message you're account is in arrears please pay immediately, " what a load of bull" and to top it off all my recorded schedules did not record due to Dstv, its beyond me why we pay so much to put up with such ****, then on top of it I spent almost R20 calling Dstv in order to fix there problem, the consultant was no use either.
