Hi My query response from help services said I must visit call center to listen to a call It's impossible for me go there, can't they sort this out Please esculate my query immediately to a manager, I can not go to call Centre, let them I vestigate and listen to last call made to dstv on 1 September 2017,i did not activate dstv and told them so when I was there 1 Sept 2017 and I'm not liable for that outstanding amount I was at dstv Centurion, they called to activate account but I immediately decided against activating the dstv in same matter of speaking, There must be notes on system as well as voice recording Waiting on your urgent response, is there a reliable person at dstv who can listen to call and investigate, the amount owing is not a lot but I'm not responsible for this
