Pathetic Service

To my surprise, I was looking through my credit report thoroughly and noticed that throughout all bureaus my account has last been updated in 2016. No data jas has been sent to the bureaus regarding my account. How is this even possible??? Am I paying your service so you can keep all the data to yourself?????

I need an answer. ASAP.
