Pathetic service

Hi, We have made a payment by accident to our box office account it was not done via EFT but it was online through a company that allows Dstv bills to be paid. We sent the online receipts through but no one accepts them as proof of payment . Therefore we can't be refunded but the funds are reflecting on Multichoices side. What the hell. It's sad to see that Dstv can assist there clients. This is what one calls poor service.
