Pathetic service

I would never recommend Dstv to anyone. My experience with them was so bad . It’s been 2 weeks since I received the rooter and it’s still not working. When I call to do a follow up I get different consultants with different stories about changing of management to the sim not registered. To make matters worse they made me pay twice and I tried explaining to them how this was such an inconvenience as my bank account is in a negative balance. I was promised a refund to date I have not received my money back . They are a bunch of ****** .
