Pathetic Service

Pathetic service from Dstv multichoice. I have been in contact with your media platform team about my account. The person told me i needed to pay R77.70 to bring my account up to date. I asked twice is this the only amount i needed to pay he said yes. i went to Multichoice N1 City and was informed by a consultant that i needed to pay R456 which i paid. Your staff at media platform and at your N1 CITY store needs training as clearly they dont know what they are doing. Worse service ever
