Pathetic Service

Multi Choice is up to bull****. Firstly they do not stick to payment arrangements, they debited me for an amount that has no relevance to my monthly instalment, after querying this on email I was told that the remainder of the instalment still needs to be paid. To date I am waiting for them to debit me but they will be so quick to deactivate the services. I have sent them 2 emails so far and still no conclusion to my query. If there was a problem with my account why wasn't I contacted but they felt they will just debit me what they feel is fine. Secondly they advertise about the Dstv Explora Price Lock, no increases for 24 months but then I get an email saying from April there will be an increase. Totally disgusting service.
