Pathetic Service
Pathetic Service. Been on the phone (7.5 hours) with multiple agents and 3 supervisors. And still no joy. Got to keep explaining the same thing over and over again every time you phone back as they keep disconnecting the calls. Three calls escalated and they will phone me right back . STILL WAITING.....
