Pathetic service
Dstv multichoice is absolutely pathetic.. we were downgraded(not even done by us) then put back onto our package and ever since we cannot use any PVR functions we've called them 5 times already only to be told it's a technical problem. No follow up phone calls made to the customer and till now it's still not working. We are paying for a service and product that doesn't work!!!!
