Pathetic service!!!!

I am a loyal customer who has been paying via EFT every month as Multichoice is set up as a beneficiary.I am currently on the compact package, and decided to enquire about the cost to upgrade to the Premium package.My pay date is scheduled for the 26th of every month, and I called in on the 24/08/15 to enquire.I was told that I needed to pay R699 and I would be upgraded by the 26th as this is my pay date.I did and EFT transfer of R700 on the 25/08/15 and to this day I have not been upgraded to the Premium package.I have spent endless hours of my time calling in, with today being the 6th consecutive day, to find out when I would be upgraded.I have been told that the money isn't reflecting in their account, even though I have forwarded the proof of payment.Every single agent I have spoken to has told me that the matter has been escalated!I have been told that they are using a new system and the money needs to reflect before an upgrade can be done. EXCUSE ME! I HAVE PAID AND FORWARDED THE PROOF OF PAYMENT!!WHY SHOULD I SUFFER FOR INTERNAL SYSTEM ISSUES!!I was promised that it would be resolved yesterday, and it still hasn't.Absolutely pathetic service!!
