Pathetic Service
Why do they have a DSTV Agency when they are of no use. The staff have no idea whats happening, they are shabily dressed, rude and uncooth to say the least. Always on the phone and always have signs made up of saying offline. Can't do payments and always referring people to the call centre. I am appauled at how DSTV,a corporate company can allow owers to operate like this. Absolutely pathetic.
