Pathetic Service

<p>Absolutely disgusted with service provided i have been a loyal customer for many years (on the full package) due to financial reasons i would like to have downgrade to the compact package for 2 x decoders, spoke to Zandile she refuses to assist asked for her manager amd was placed on hold for over 5 mins. I need the packages to be downgraded this month and not next. If this dismal service continues i will be forced to completely cancel my account. As I did speak to a consultant on another occasion he advised it is possible and a refund will be issued with any excess money after thrle package change. </p>
