Pathetic Service

<p>i bought my dstv decoder on the 24/02 </p> <p>i called the call centre to arrange for the installation seemingly very friendly staff members assisted me with booking the installation and sent me a sms with the floowing details </p> <p>ref 179 - 791670 Komelane Trading and Proj installer Wilson Sello ********** 929 </p> <p>they then called me on the 02/03 to confirm the booking for 03/03 between 13:00 and 14:00</p> <p>since i have been calling the call centre ********** / ********** </p> <p>on multiple ocassions as i have been waiting sinve 13:00 for the installer to come install my dstv </p> <p>it 16:45 and i have no work </p> <p>I am utterky disgusted with the service and i need this matter attended to by DSTV urgetly because if this is the way they treat their new customers i do not want to be one </p> <p>R795 per month for this ******* i am appauled</p>
