Pathetic service

<p>I have requested to cancel my insurance (05-09-2016),but still haven't been attended as it keeps showing on my statement. This is my eleventh email requesting to cancel the insurance as I don't want it anymore. What exactly should I do to get your attention just cancel your insurance.<br />I've also have sent subsequent emails requesting to be called by a senior as the lack of service and feedback is disgusting.You are quick to sign me up for this insurance and once i want to cancel it you blatantly ignore these cancellation requests....</p> <p>What exactly do you expect me to do as your amount keeps piling in my statement even if I do keep my accounts up to date this is just pathetic lack of service.</p>
