Pathetic service

<p>My two decoders were working perfectly fine and yesterday i went to Makro to buy explorer with the installation included. The installer came to install my decoder and now all my tv (primary and secondary) are not working. I have called, rechaarged with R55 twice and called and still no help, the installer is telling me that there is nothing he can do, my decoders were fine all along, please fix this mess</p>
