Pathetic Service
There is something wrong with my box office and after more than 2 hours on my cell to call centre agents and supervisors still not fixed since thursday. Agents and supervisers promise to phone back but they do not. So what is the point of paying for a service one do not get? Pity the directors never get to read about the poor service rendered by their company
