Firstly you must do a reconciliation of your own account to prove their calculations wrong, then you get the following message from them \ Please note that refunds take up to 40 days to reflect in ones account from the day it is processed by our finance department\"<br> YOU CALL THAT SERVICE!!! NO I AM AFRAID NOT."
