Pathetic service
Andila called me from - Dstv hellopeter complains department on 3/11/21, was going to call me back in a day or 2 after investigating. Still waiting, such pathetic service. I spoke to practically everyone in Dstv call centre. My account has been incorrectly debited for showmax, each consultant gives me different dates. Showmax chat has been referring me to Dstv. Please can this be rectified.

12 Nov 2021, 13:55Hi, I called this morning, spoke to Tholakele, she said that the systems says that a credit is passed from November 2020 until August 2021.(10 months) However she can only see R700.00 credit and the query is closed.
According to Dstv consultants I have have been invoiced as of December 2018.
Everlasting there is an issue with extra debits, even this week I was pro rated debited incorrect and I had to not only call a few times but also had to send an email , then only the correct amount is reflecting.
Masingita,Katelego, Andila, all promised to look into and call me with an update...to date no update. I had to call in, to check if the prorate amount was amended, and asked Tholakele to check for me regarding this . Why does consultants not follow up?
