Pathetic service

Your service is pathetic. We signed up for the price lock deal which was promoted together with black Friday. Within seconds of leaving my details on the website i was contacted and the courier delivered decoders on 10th November. That was the only easy part. After several calls for installation and your agents not even knowing about this promotion i eventually got my own accredited installer. After installation he was told the extra view decoder was not registered in my name. This is where all the frustration started, no one could give a straight answer. I was advised to take the decoders to multichoice, query was escalated. A 4 days passed no response no solution. After 8 lengthy calls of over an hour and all calls being cut off without return or any response. I went back to multichoice and again it must be escalated. This is when i decided take back the problematic decoders as it's not being resolved and now my existing package was also removed and messed up. So much frustration but yet you selling these packages
