Pathetic service

I am absolutely disgusted by your service, I have reached out on all platforms yet get agents like Majama who decide to hang up and not assist, I called in last month to report a ********** holiday home package that was connected to my account, I was told this was cancelled and rectified, this month my billing consists of this stupid holiday home package that I have cancelled, I am told by your social network team namely MLK on facebook who patronized me and kept asking me one question 3 times that he will escalate it and only get back to me after 48 hours while my services have been disconnected. I called in spoke to Andile who tried assisting and told me he will escalate this to finance with reference ***4-i210. he then transferred to disconnections where Majama decided to cut my call cause im sure it wasnt important to her, please rectify this.. I am up to my eye ***** with your service..
