Pathetic service
I sent my decordee to Dstv to be changed last week Thursday. I loged a quiry to Dstv they haven't responded to my quiry until today. The service is horrible, even the supervisors do not wnat to help. The consultants are pathetic, I have been paying insurance since 2013 and for the first time I wanted to do an exchange they don't want to help.
