Pathetic product and service

The decoders are absolutely pathetic. When you exchange the decoder it works for a while then starts with exactly the same problems. When you report the problem via email the staff simply reply with an unjust answer and no one is competent to resolve the error. MultiChoice know we have no other option but to stay with them in order to watch our sport, therefore they do not have to care about their customer and quality of product cause the will still get paid.
