Pathetic poor service DStv

I've experienced very poor service... for the past 2 weeks My services have been disconnected and reconnected 3 times since I've opened this account on the 1st of October after countless phone calls with different call center agents today my service has been disconnected again I've sent my proof of payment more than once... Very Disappointing... SANDILE AND SUPERVISOR I'M STILL WAITING FOR YOUR CALL BACK SINCE 11AM
