Pathetic Poor Service

I tried to call them several times they didn't assist me keep on telling me that they will call me back. Multi-choice put me on bad credit bureau when i call them to ask they send me statement stating that i don't owe them.But the bank want a paid up letter or settlement support that they refuse to help me.
