Let it be known that I did not rate Dstv 1 star, there is no negative rating so I had no choice but to select 1 star. My actual rating for their pathetic customer service minus 10.

Dstv's customer service is pathetic. They consultants are rude and they are I'll informed on their processes. They give you the wrong advice and they don't bother to help you. All they say is sorry but it's not my fault. They refuse to downgrade my services from the Premium package to the family package because my payment date is the 25th and they can only do it then. They forcing me to pay for a full premium back that I don't want just because I passed my payment date.
