PATHETIC NON-EXISTENT SERVICE FROM *MULTICHOICE* !!!!!!!!!!!!!

A short summary of events to follow…

1. Discovery deducts money from my bank account without authorisation.

2. 20 times more than what my monthly instalment is for the package I am on.

3. I phoned the contact centre and explained the error on their side in detail.

4. I was advised that the money would be paid back to me within a few days as they made a mistake.

5. After two weeks I phoned multichoice again to follow up as I heard nothing from them.

6. The agent firstly could not assist me as according to the agent on the phone, only the agent who initially worked on my case could give me insight into when the money owed to me would be refunded.

7. This was not sufficient feedback and I requested to speak to a team leader or manager.

8. The agent proceeded to tell me that no one is currently available but would get someone to investigate and contact me that very same day.

9. Needless to say this never happened.

10. The very next day I again contacted Multichoice to request an email address to start communication via email as I was getting no joy from the *********** contact centre or their manager who is clearly not fit to lead him/her self to bed at night.

11. The email was sent out to ********** and to ********** as advised by the contact centre.

12. Lo and behold I got an automated reply stating that I will receive feedback within 24 hours…

13. Guess what? NO FEEDBACK YET.

14. To top it all off I received an email from multichoice to complete a survey so as according to them they can enhance their customer service.

15. THEY WOULD NEED MORE THAN A SURVEY TO SORT OUT THEIR PROBLEMS but being the good customer I am I did it anyway knowing that nothing would come of it.

My enquiry reference number – ********** 2 – c1 if ever someone at Multichoice had to see this.

PS. I would love for someone at Multichoice to contact me who has an IQ so that I may explain my disgust with the poorest service I have ever come across. It is just so ironic that if you do not pay your accounts you will hear from people in minutes but the moment you are owed money everyone disappears.
