Pathetic Multichoise DSTV call centre service

Absolutely pathetic service from the call centre. Wasted more than a half an hour of my time. Call centre agent puts phone headset down and ignores me till I dropped off after asking to be put through to cancelations. No wonder DSTV is going down. At this rate and client service supp**** it wont be long till they fold entirely
