Pathetic Multichoice

I have an account with Multichoice ( acc no ***0) and for the past few months i have been experiencing pathetic service. This month they double debited my account on top payments made. I adviced them that they may not debit my account. Now I have been battling with *********** Call Centre Agents to get a refund. I have so many case numbers but no resolution.
