Pathetic management and service

Pathetic. Cut my DSTV over 6 times over 2 months. Managers not available. Team leaders and agents lie. They promise to investigate and rectify. ALL LIES. bunch of useless fools who get paid to lie. Spoke to over 8 Call Centre agents.. 3 team managers to date. How hard is it to reverse their ****** error!!!!
