pathetic internet and customer services.

i really wish there was a was a way to rate -0.i subsrcribed for their internet sevces, the router came,used it 2 days and the sim was ,contcacted them got unlocked,sam day late at night it got locked again when im working,had to buy data to finsih my work.contacted them again adn asked for them yo cancel and collect their router,they took many days to come .they have it nut i received e msg saying data has been allocated,how cos they should have cancelled already,come month end still not cancelled,tried to debit but account was empty now i have an over R300 minus on my bank account,still the router is not cancelled even now. ive been conatcting them almost every day but everyome tells me that i will get cancelled withn 24 hours ,its been weeks now,their customer services sucks. i wiuldnt tell anyone to use their services ever.
