Pathetic Incompetence

DSTV has to be the worst service provider in this country. They cannot get simple things right like connecting a Holiday home service and their billings - almost every single month, I have an issue with them - being it billing or re connection. The permanent excuse from DSTV is that is it a system issue - it is time that DSTV owns up to their incompetence and get people that are competent to run their company.
