Pathetic horrible service
This is by far the worst service I have ever received. How many times should one complain for you to resolve an issue. I have been complaining over 5 months about the same thing and the only line that you know is "the matter is being escalated" this is utter nonsense and appalling service. I'm all of a sudden downgraded to Superstar from Legend just for raising my concerns. DSTV you are the worst
